Most likely the window regulator has gotten damp my 2003 meganes passenger window failed to work afew months ago so i had a look to see what the problem was remove the 2 torx screws at the bottom of the door panel use a flat screwdriver to pop off the door handle cover then remove the torx screws there use small flat screwdriver too pop off the small round cover behind the door opening handle and remove that screw now the hidden screw. If this does not fix the problem it would be advisable to take the car to an auto electrician. They might be able to adjust it before the wire gives more pressure to the plastic ring causing damage to the regulator.
