Remove sprinter door panel.

Slide a trim tool between the plastic panel and the metal door and unclip the many green clips by twisting the trim tool to apply force right next to them. Then remove screws for door handle. Add sound deadener and thinsulate inside the door panel if you want to. Pull the door panel straight out with your hands to remove it.

Use a small pick or screw driver to wedge this out. Pry the courtesy light from the door trim and disconnect the wire connector. Remove the tweeter grille and then pull the a pillar cover off start at the top use the trim tool and give it a tug. Disconnect the small plastic connector clips holding the door panel in place by pulling the door panel straight out using 1 swift motion. Take your time and don t force it. The driver s side rear door panel just unclips like any other door panel. After you ve undone a few this way it might be easier to just pull the whole panel away using brute force.

Purchase a door panel removal tool slide it behind the panel and feel for the plastic lugs slowly pry these out. Do not put thinsulate in the area where the window retracts just in the front part.
